My Edges Exercise
Here we explore your “edges” or “thorns”, the parts of you, that you find the hardest to love. The parts you try to hide from other people. These could be physical traits or aspects of your personality. Allowing yourself the space initially to be real with yourself takes courage, boldness and bravery.
